is a full-service event planning, marketing, and communications firm located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. MB Consulting can assist in helping to execute your events with fine attention to detail and within a defined budget. Our event services include: conducting research, developing an event design or theme, securing a site, negotiating food, lodging, decor, and entertainment, arranging transportation, invitations, coordinating the activities of personnel, site supervision, trade show organization and management, and conducting evaluations of the event. MB Consulting can also market your event to your target audience, create a website and social media strategy, design event dossiers, and help spread the message of your event using social media or traditional marketing.

More about Maddy

at the age of 14 Maddy began earning valuable experience when she worked at her hometown bakery and local pizza shop. She worked her way through high school both preparing and serving food. While attending college, she continued working in the Catering and Food Service Industry. During that time, her organizational leadership skills lead to multiple promotions. After earning her degree at Minnesota State University Mankato the company transferred her to St. Cloud State University to serve as the Marketing Director to increase lagging sales. Maddy’s talents were recognized by a leading industry competitor and she was recruited to become the Catering and Sales Director at Thomson Reuters. After successfully turning around the Catering Department, Maddy was sent to the 3M Headquarters to revamp their Catering Operations. In 2016 after a long career in Catering, Event Planning and Marketing, Maddy proudly launched MB Consulting. Maddy lives in Saint Paul with her husband and dog. They plan to relocate to Woodbury in early 2022. In her free time she enjoys fitness, gardening and traveling. 

Three fun facts about Maddy:

• In the last 7 years, she has traveled to 10 countries.

• Maddy has competed in 4 CrossFit competitions, 3 half marathons and has hiked Yosemite Falls, Table Mountain in Cape Town and Harney Peak in the Black Hills.

• She immigrated with her family to America at the age of 13 from South Africa.
